Cambridge results ‘outstanding’

Cambridge results have been released showing an outstanding academic year for ACG Parnell College, according to Principal Russell Brooke.

While results are still being compiled, some standout performances have already emerged:

  • At A-level, A* grades have gone up 5%
  • A grades have also gone up 5% at A-level
  • At least two ACG Parnell College students have received offers to study at the University of Cambridge – currently ranked the second best university in the world.
  • Year 12 student Caleb Probine received five results in the 90s – of which two were at A-level.

“All indications are that this has been another very strong year for the school,” said Mr Brooke. “As always, we’re incredibly proud of our students and their wonderful teachers. Students come to us because of the reputation of our outstanding teachers, and those teachers seek out our school because they want to teach children who value education and love learning. I look forward to seeing further areas of strength emerge.”
